This is my finished student magazine cover and contents page. It wasn't as successful as I think it could have been. This is because it was more of a learning process for me. Having never used the software before I was fairly pleased with the outcome of this final design. I liked the picture size and the way in which it takes up the whole central area of the front cover. I was also pleased with the overall layout of the contents page and the colour of the contents page as i feel it helps to make the magazine more colourful and exciting. However, I think that the front cover could have been more interesting. It looks a bit bland and boring and it definitely could have done with being more eye catching. The font colour on the front cover could have been bolder and I think this would have improved the overall appearance and attracted more attention to the main stories.
